This is the refund rule that matches the Free Refunds checkout button.

When a refund is free

Ask within the current billing month. We refund the Starter $29 charge in full if you have rendered fewer than 5 clips on that subscription. Email [email protected] from the login email.

When it is not free

• You have rendered 5 or more clips (Wan, LTX, H3, or any other video lane).
• The charge is for a custom Hub order that you already approved.
• Chargebacks filed instead of writing us first may close the account.

Stills and Lightning rolls do not count toward the 5. After 5 clips we can still stop the next renewal. We do not prorate unused Flux stills or leftover clip quota.

How long

Stripe refunds usually show on your card in 5 to 10 business days. We reply within one business day.
