Terms of service

Holina Factory is a monthly app at holinafactory.app. You get access to generate, review, timeline, and ship on the shared RTX 5090 + GX10. One user per subscription. No seats.

Account

Connected AI clients

You may connect an AI client such as Claude to your account through auth.holinafactory.app. Anything a connected client does counts as you and uses your quota. A connected client is not a seat and cannot post or ship on its own. You can remove a client at any time from inside that client, and we may suspend a connection that abuses the rig or other rooms.

The monthly pack

Starter is $29/month: 20 Flux 2 stills, 50 ten-second 1080p clips (10 of those may be 3-second H3 hooks), and unlimited Nemotron Lightning prompt rolls. Studio is $79/month (150 clips, 60 stills, rooms). Agency is $199/month (500 clips, 200 stills, collab rooms). A 14-day card-required trial includes 3 watermarked 720p clips and 5 stills. Unused quota does not roll over. Nothing auto-renders. You approve.

Free refunds

The checkout button is labeled Free Refunds because a refund is free only while you have rendered fewer than 5 clips on that subscription. A clip means a finished video render that left the queue (Wan, LTX, H3, or any other video lane). Flux stills do not count toward the 5. Lightning rolls do not count.

If you have rendered 5 or more clips, you are not eligible for a free refund. We may still cancel the next renewal. Custom Hub clips at hub.holinafactory.app/order are quoted before any charge and are not covered by this free-refund rule.

Payments

Card charges are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on this site. Subscriptions renew each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Stripe’s receipt email or by writing us.

Acceptable use

No illegal content, no CSAM, no attempts to break the box, no resale of raw GPU time. We can suspend an account that burns the rig or abuses other rooms.

The work

You own the clips you keep, subject to the model licenses behind Flux, Wan, LTX, and H3. Delivered clips may carry an invisible Holina watermark and an .epochseal.json proof.

Ship

Ship sends the clip and caption to GoHighLevel, which posts to the Facebook and Instagram pages connected in that customer's GHL location (Meta). We do not store Facebook or Instagram passwords. Data lives on Holina Factory servers in Huntersville. Export or delete via [email protected].
